(a) forced or exploitative labour; or
(b) employ am to work in any way except sey dem employ am by a member of his family on light work like agricultural, horticultural or domestic character; or
(c) make child no carry or move anything wey dey heavy wey fit affect his physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development;
(d) to dey employ a child as a domestic help outside his own home or family environment.
(2) No child shall be employed or work for an industrial job but dis one no apply to work wey children in technical schools or similar approved institutions dey do if the dey supervised by the appropriate authority.
